I love all of your stuff, the vinyl, shirts, socks, stickers, coozies, and posters, but I ordered the desk lamp and never received it.? Is it on back order or something, or should I just chalk it up too a loss?

I ordered 2 and the one that works is nothing but completely brown and badass. The other is a sad boognish that barely flickers and won’t light up completely. I reached out to support with pictures but haven’t received guidance on how to return it. hoping to give the replacement to megafan.
